André Dela Togna started his career in the Purchasing Engineering area in multinationals such as Bosch and Mercedes Bens, he has 17 years of experience in managerial and management positions, initially in the areas of Quality and Product Development, Demand Planning and Supply. , assuming the position of Commercial Director responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Logistics areas.

He has solid experience in Go-to-Market Strategies, Development of new Markets and National and International products (LATAM and China), Portfolio-Mix techniques, Full Potential, Clustering and Product and Customer Performance, such as P&L and Pricing.

As an Executive, he also led processes of Professionalization, Implementation of Corporate Governance and Formation of the Board of Directors.
