Bruno de Queiroz is Executive Director of Galeazzi, working on performance improvement and restructuring projects in companies in the media, financial services, construction industry, educational services, sugar and alcohol industry, among others. Previously, he worked in companies in the construction industry and financial services.

At Galeazzi, he conducted several business diagnosis processes, focusing on strategy, finance, commercial and review of organizational structures. Coordinated the efforts of project teams in capturing opportunities to improve results for clients, through methodologies such as: multidisciplinary work groups, zero-based budgeting, definition of a management model and monitoring of results. He has extensive experience in debt restructuring and judicial recovery processes, having led several projects in recent years, involving debts that exceed R$ 20 billion. As an executive, he served as CFO and IR Director in a company in the construction industry and as Administrative and Financial Director of an investment fund management company.
