Executive Director of Galeazzi & Associados, with more than 16 years of experience in consultancy, having participated in performance improvement / restructuring of companies in the food, food and non-food retail, consumer goods, telecommunications and services segments.

He also worked as Partner of a Private Equity fund manager. He was CFO and IR Director at Eleva Alimentos (Avipal/Elegê), CFO and Controllership Director at retail and food companies. He has been CEO of technology and food companies and a member of the board of directors of retail, logistics, services and consumer industry companies. He led M&A operations, including the sale of BRF's dairy operations to Groupe Lactalis.

Prior to G&A, he worked for 6 years in the areas of controllership, planning, budgets, costs and investment analysis.
