Eduardo Mollo is Partner and Project Director at Galeazzi & Associados with over 30 years of experience, working in supply, logistics and transport management and working in the creation of logistics operators focused on the textile, e-commerce and general cargo areas, in the reorganization and centralization of the logistics of several companies and in the reduction of bureaucracy of processes by the IFC.

At Galeazzi, he coordinated management diagnosis projects focused on supply chain, performance improvement, process review, cost reduction, restructuring and adequacy of logistics, transport, commercial operations, and in the elaboration of a master plan and segmentation of logistics and transport at Mercado Livre, Magazine Luiza, Madeira Madeira, Azul Cargo, Sequoia, EMS, Saraiva, Ricardo Elétro, BRF Brasil Foods, Lactalis, BIG, CBL Laticínios and Santos Brasil – Port Terminals.
