He worked in telephony, energy, health, food, automotive, insurance, retail, media, banking companies, among others, having acquired experience in several industries and segments.

Participated in processes of: Due Diligence; PMI (Post Merger Integration); Acquisitions and Mergers (M&A); Financial Planning; and Strategic/Budget Planning (Base Zero).

Luiz also actively participated in judicial reorganization proceedings in Brazil and abroad (both on the creditor's and debtor's sides). Before joining Galeazzi Associados, Luiz was President of companies in Agroindustry and Factoring.
